Aviron has certainly been doing something for the last year…taking time to reflect on the path that this whole endeavor has taken us and where it needs to move to next. Soul searching, meditating and allowing the Universe to set my course. Even though the posts have been few Aviron is still vibrant and moving forward.
It seems fitting to start with The Jasper Johns quote above which aptly describes the process that Aviron has been undergoing since its inception. We started with one thing…then we did something to that…then we did something else and pretty soon…we had something pretty cool that seemed to be getting a lot of buzz…Aviron’s enameled designs. We took those out across the country and they sparked quite an interest.
Avirons designs are one of a kind…no one is doing anything close to this out there.
Give this image a little tap to really see what we’ve created…
Aviron is growing and we are excited about the journey! We have always been about earthiness, celebrating life, health and empowering women. Aviron’s designs have celebrated women’s accomplishments across the board…completing your first marathon or your 20th, surviving cancer, shifting to a healthier way of living through yoga and expanding your consciousness. Our “breathe” and “dream” necklaces serve as beautiful reminders to celebrate yourself and live your best life.
Aviron’s purpose and mission are clearly defined now but ever evolving. As Malcolm Gladwell says “That’s your responsibility as a person, as a human being — to constantly be updating your positions on as many things as possible. And if you don’t contradict yourself on a regular basis, then you’re not thinking.” http://buff.ly/1yDk8bb
The evolution of Aviron and our mission to support a healthy, active lifestyle while empowering women to live and celebrate their best life will be evident here as we grow. Sharing our insights into healthy living and those that support this choice will be our mission as well.
Aviron Jewelry….Celebrating Life
Next post…. The story behind these custom designs for my beautiful friend Joy.
“Do something. Do something to that, and then do something to that. Pretty soon you’ve got something.”
